A Land Cruiser Pickup 4.2D is the home for this trip. It will end up with a
few bells and whistles on it before we head off into the sunset. When we
purchased it in January it was equipped with a few items, some we kept and
some we have changed.
This is what will be finally fitted to the vehicle:
ARB Bull Bar with T-Max 9500 winch
Airtech snorkel
Alu-Cab Safari canopy with Howling Moon 1.4m Tourer roof tent
IEF Rear Bumper with twin wheel carrier
Onca Rock Sliders
OME suspension
Truck slide
Dual-battery system with invertor
BF Goodrich All-Terrain 265/75 R16 tyres all round including the 2 spare wheels
In the load bay we will have a 60l water tank, our 40l Engel fridge, and all our 'stuff' in storage boxes secured on the truck slide.
